On top of the tower at Capernwray Hall in Lancashire, where we were staying for a New Year holiday with 175 others. This was taken during a rare hour of sunshine - it rained practically the whole rest of the time! (It's a shame the pic is cropped on the right hand side, something to do with the communication between Flickr and Blogger...)
